I am an Operations Director and Project Manager with a proven track record in engineering and multidisciplinary team management. As the Leader of BotBusters, I managed over 80 members and established the team as the most awarded and successful in Latin America at FIRST competitions.

I have over 11 years of experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), utilizing platforms such as OnShape, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and Autodesk Fusion. Backed by more than 7 years of experience designing mechanisms through iterative processes and prototyping, I specialize in manufacturing process optimization, strategic development, sponsorship acquisition, and logistics.

Additionally, I bring over 8 years of experience operating CNC systems under LinuxCNC and more than 6 years of experience operating 3D printers with RepRap. I have consistently stood out for expanding social impact by founding more than 25 teams in the public sector and presiding over institutional evaluation committees.
